About the role

  • Leads digital systems onboarding and provides ongoing enablement to help new and existing employees successfully adopt and use core workplace technologies.
  • Provides internal customer‑success‑style support to ensure sustained system adoption, user confidence, and long-term impact on systems, policies, and programs.
  • Conducts structured feedback collection and delivers training sessions, workshops, resource materials, digital tutorials, and actionable documentation.
  • May assume project coordination and coordinates post-launch reinforcement activities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Certification in Project Management is a plus.
  • Relevant degree in a related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience, including roles in enablement, digital adoption, training, customer success, or systems support.
