About the role
- Provide holistic and comprehensive case management services to eligible consumers including initial assessment, referral to services, outcome evaluation and continuous follow-up via phone and email as necessary
- Evaluate documentation related to vehicle sales and vehicle dismantling for accuracy, completeness and compliance with program guidelines and procedures
- Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors, and perform quality control checks associated with program operations and claims processing
- Perform in-depth assessments to determine eligibility and qualification, provide oversight of the entire case, link applicants to appropriate services such as participating car dealerships and dismantlers, follow up with applicants and partners as necessary, and document case outcomes using various software applications
- Ensure full compliance with program guidelines, policies and procedures
Requirements
- Experience in case management and/or evaluation, analysis and procedural compliance
- Strong communication, prioritization, customer service, time management, multitasking, risk-management and outstanding analytical skills
- Knowledge and experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required
