About the role
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for precise execution of multiple projects
- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical project documentation
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to design technical solutions for new feature development
- Engage with the Data Science team to train intelligent document processing AI models tailored to specific customer requirements
- Support the Customer Success team in maintaining production environment health and stability
Requirements
- Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Analytics or related field
- 2 years experience in technical integrations, particularly with Salesforce
- 2 years of systems design and Data Analysis
- Demonstrated knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP and Data Visualization
