Configure systems end-to-end under the direction of a project lead, including troubleshooting errors and quality assurance testing
Lead or participate in functionality delivery sessions with clients
Participate in project walkthroughs, business requirements gathering, design walkthroughs, and implementation sessions
Flag and report potential problematic or out of scope requests from clients
Perform technical investigation and detailed initial troubleshooting of client issues before escalating to the Development team
Act as the first line of QA before UAT with a client and enable successful go-lives and final implementation
Assist with performing integrated system testing when new features are applied to a client system
Assist the Support desk as needed to solve complex system tickets
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any Technology, Engineering, Sciences, Mathematics (STEM) field or equivalent experience
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and XML
Experience with SQL (a definite asset)
Experience with application configuration within a CMS or similar environment (configuration of fields, creation of workflows, tweaking, and implementation)
Basic knowledge of ‘Software as a Service’ (SaaS) Solutions and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Ability to grasp concepts quickly with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Clear, concise, and effective communication skills
Exceptional time management skills
Occasional travel ability within North America and Europe
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States or Canada
