About the role
- Own the vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for CommunitySuite
- Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities
- Define features at a strategic level and write product requirement documents
- Engage with customers at a strategic level and validate roadmap direction
- Lead go-to-market initiatives and serve as the voice of the product
- Coordinate with Product Managers across Foundant's portfolio to identify integration opportunities
- Monitor key product metrics and report on product performance
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of product management experience
- Proven track record of owning product strategy and roadmaps in B2B SaaS environments
- Experience in positioning, messaging, pricing, and go-to-market execution
- Strong strategic thinking skills with market analysis capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in the nonprofit, philanthropic, or social impact sector is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making
- Experience with platform strategy, API products, or ecosystem thinking is a plus
- Comfort with public speaking and thought leadership
