About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee clinical innovation and practice for the virtual platform.
- Partner with the Chief Medical Officer for high-quality care delivery.
- Lead exploration and development of new metabolic health offerings.
- Serve as the clinical source of truth for Legal and Compliance.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and medical advisors for alignment on clinical innovation.
- Evaluate and maintain clinical relationships with external partners.
- Generate clinical perspective documents to guide offerings.
- Ensure all designs maintain high standards of care and medical safety.
- Accountable for creation and adoption of Clinical Practice Guidelines.
- Drive overall adoption of clinical guidelines and protocols.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Medical Degree: MD or DO with active board certification in a relevant field.
- Metabolic Health and Longevity Expertise: Strong background or interest in longevity medicine and metabolic health is highly preferred.
- Clinical Leadership: Minimum of 7 years of clinical experience, with significant time spent in a leadership role within a technology-enabled, virtual-first direct pay and insurance-based practice.
- Visionary Mindset: Ability to translate complex medical concepts into clear strategic plans that can be executed by product and operational teams, and ability to collaborate in a very open and productive way with cross-functional teams.
- Innovation-driven: Excitement to operate in a constantly evolving, fast-pace space, and to innovate putting the patient at the center of the experience.
