About the role

  • Conduct active prospecting of new clients and maintain the existing customer portfolio in Minas Gerais;
  • Present the product portfolio, highlighting technical differentiators and clinical benefits.
  • Conduct in-person visits, technical demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Monitor the market, competitors, and trends, providing insights to the company.
  • Represent Fotona at events, trade shows, and commercial trainings.
  • Keep the CRM updated with client data and sales pipeline.
  • Ensure long-term relationships by working closely with the technical team and customer success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or completed technical education in Commercial Management, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Previous experience in field sales, preferably in the medical, aesthetic, or technology sectors;
  • Intermediate English (a plus);
  • Proven track record in sales;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Google Workspace.
  • Consultative selling techniques and advanced negotiation skills;
  • Availability to travel.
