About the role
- Conduct active prospecting of new clients and maintain the existing customer portfolio in Minas Gerais;
- Present the product portfolio, highlighting technical differentiators and clinical benefits.
- Conduct in-person visits, technical demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor the market, competitors, and trends, providing insights to the company.
- Represent Fotona at events, trade shows, and commercial trainings.
- Keep the CRM updated with client data and sales pipeline.
- Ensure long-term relationships by working closely with the technical team and customer success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or completed technical education in Commercial Management, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Previous experience in field sales, preferably in the medical, aesthetic, or technology sectors;
- Intermediate English (a plus);
- Proven track record in sales;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Google Workspace.
- Consultative selling techniques and advanced negotiation skills;
- Availability to travel.
