About the role

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and technical specifications
  • Perform manual and automated testing on web, mobile, and backend applications
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking tools
  • Collaborate with developers and product owners to define acceptance criteria and improve testability
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Maintain and improve test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
  • Conduct regression, performance, and usability testing across platforms and devices
  • Provide feedback on user experience and product functionality from a quality perspective
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and company policies

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in software quality assurance or software testing
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
  • Proficiency with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, DevOps) and test management systems (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr)
  • Basic understanding of web technologies (Angular, CSS, JavaScript) and APIs
  • ISTQB Certification or equivalent is a plus
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
