Financial Planning and Analysis

• Perform high-volume Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing.
• Maintain accurate financial records, registers, and supporting documentation.
• Complete supplier, customer, bank, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Support payment runs, invoicing, remittance advices, and payroll processing.
• Assist with month-end and period-end reporting, account analysis, and audit preparation.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, financial irregularities, and stakeholder enquiries.
• Contribute to finance process improvements, workflow documentation, and automation initiatives.
