Senior People Business Partner

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement People strategies that support business goals and promote a high-performance culture
- Oversee development and retention strategies for the GTM and Underwriting departments
- Lead performance evaluation processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning
- Partner with leadership to design and implement organizational structures and processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning
- Guide teams through organizational changes
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management
- Identify training and development needs and work with the Sr. Manager of Talent Enablement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in HR or other business-related field
- 5+ years of experience as an HRBP, 3+ year of direct GTM support
- Experience supporting high-volume workforces with monthly performance-based incentives, within sales, underwriting or customer support/collection environments.
- Must have experience working with a global workforce of between 400-500 employees
- Strong understanding of US and Canadian labor laws and regulations pertaining to hourly employees
- Experience with the following Lattice, Rippling & ChangeEngine is a plus
