Requirements

1+ years experience in a Direct Sales Representative or in a similar sales role, with a focus on prospecting and closing sales.
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of small business operations, challenges, and financial needs.
Familiarity with the small business financing industry and competitive landscape.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Able to juggle multiple conversations, stay organized, and follow process.
Comfortable using tools like Dialpad / SMS Magic, Salesforce, Tableau.
