About the role
- Develop and drive the high-level product strategy and technical roadmap for the Salesforce platform
- Manage a high-performing team of Product Managers
- Lead the strategic configuration of Salesforce to ensure it remains competitive
- Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership and technical teams
- Lead rigorous due diligence on AppExchange integrations versus custom development
- Define and leverage complex KPIs to prioritize the roadmap
- Build deep trust across the organization and educate stakeholders on Salesforce best practices
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant technology experience
- 5+ years in a Product Management leadership role
- Extensive experience building products within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Experience in financial services or a high-volume transactional environment
- Expert in applying agile methodologies
- A technical degree (Computer Science or Information Systems) or equivalent experience
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
