About the role

  • Design high-impact leadership curricula and performance management resources.
  • Optimize global functional onboarding experiences.
  • Create comprehensive materials for synchronous learning (Zoom/Google Meet).

  • Build SCORM-compliant courses and quick, on-brand assets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design or Learning & Development.
  • Deep understanding of learning modalities.
  • Strong consulting skills.
  • Proven experience designing for Synchronous Learning (Zoom/Teams/WebEx).
  • Working knowledge of video editing.
  • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
  • Strong skills in Canva and basic familiarity with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with the engagement tools in Zoom, MS Teams, or WebEx.
  • A portfolio showing examples of eLearning work.
