About the role

  • Lead strategic communications, media relations, and editorial content for Forvis Mazars in Singapore.
  • Develop and execute integrated communications plans aligned to business priorities and service line initiatives
  • Lead day-to-day media relations, including story development, pitching, press releases, media monitoring and PR agency coordination
  • Craft high‑quality content for publications, thought‑leadership, executive messaging, speeches and the corporate website
  • Support crisis communications planning and response with timely, accurate messaging
  • Produce long‑form content including transparency reports, post‑event reports, technical pieces and thematic publications
  • Work with partners and directors to turn complex business topics into engaging, audience‑appropriate narratives
  • Maintain editorial consistency, accuracy and message discipline across all deliverables
  • Uphold strong editorial standards and brand voice across channels
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure narratives align with digital strategy and campaign objectives
  • Develop digital content that strengthens Forvis Mazars in Singapore’s presence on social and web platforms
  • Spearhead ESG storytelling that bridges the gap between technical sustainability disclosures and compelling brand impact.
  • Support the Associate Director in elevating the ‘Forvis Mazars for Good’ initiatives and internal/external activations and stakeholder engagement
  • Assist in drafting and refining sustainability‑related content, including preparation of sustainability reports and related disclosures
  • Partner with service lines, internal teams and senior leaders to support communication needs
  • Maintain strong relationships with journalists, industry partners and other external stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in communications, journalism, public relations or a related field
  • Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills, with a genuine enjoyment of long‑form editorial work
  • Ability to deconstruct complex technical subjects (Audit, Tax, Advisory) into accessible, high-impact narratives.
  • Solid understanding of media relations and B2B communications
  • Experience or interest in sustainability communications is welcome though not a primary competency
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proactive and collaborative working style
  • Strong command of English with a meticulous eye for editorial consistency and brand voice; proficiency in an additional language is an advantage.
