About the role

  • Contributing to projects related to internal control systems and corporate governance
  • Supporting enterprise risk management and compliance engagements
  • Participating in internal audit assignments
  • Assisting in the development and enhancement of corporate policies and procedures
  • Preparing and reviewing client reports and presentations
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, responding effectively to requests
  • Supervising, mentoring and reviewing the work of junior team members

Requirements

  • BSc in Economics, Business Administration or a related field (MSc will be considered an asset)
  • Professional certifications (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CIA or equivalent), completed or in progress, are considered a plus
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Consulting, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance or similar professional services roles
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)
  • Experience in supervising and supporting junior team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work
  • Effective communication skills and collaboration with clients and internal teams
