About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • In the first three months, you'll build the pipeline and define the roadmap to closing mid-market manufacturers.
  • Partnering with the Founder to scope and package deals.
  • You’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting through close.
  • Core verticals may include palletizing, warehouse/3PL automation, and lab automation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You've sold automation or robotics into manufacturing environments — and you understand the difference between selling technology and selling outcomes on a factory floor.
  • You've worked the SI channel and know how to make partners productive, not just signed.
  • You know the mid-market manufacturing world. You've sold to companies with 50–500 employees.
  • You've sold through or alongside system integrators.
  • You've been in automation, robotics, or adjacent industrial tech.
  • You’ve likely spent 7-10+ years building trust and a reputation in the industry and have a track record in B2B sales, but please still apply if what Fexel is solving excites you.
