About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define the CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) roadmap: conduct business analyses to extract, consolidate and challenge business needs coming from central teams, local teams and external agencies.
  • Define KPIs, targets and key results for website conversion.
  • Monitor Scrum implementation: build and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap outlining key milestones and priorities.
  • Define and prioritize product features to maximize value.
  • Manage the product backlog related to onsite conversion (dealer search, e-tailers).
  • Ensure quality and consistency of implementations, in collaboration with architects and business experts.
  • Track performance: conduct user research and collect feedback to understand user needs and pain points.
  • Translate user insights into concrete product improvements, focusing on improving conversion paths.
  • Use data analysis and user behavior to make informed product decisions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in web product management, including defining product strategy and roadmaps.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and user insights.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Experience and knowledge in conversion rate optimization topics.
  • Proficiency with tools (Analytics, email and lead nurturing, A/B testing and behavioral studies, personalization, etc.).
