About the role

  • Lead or support targeted development initiatives
  • Lead or support complex integrations (e.g. migration after M&A)
  • Participate in strategy development processes and projects
  • Lead or support the Consumer Solutions OKR (Objectives and Key Results) process
  • Co-lead the sustainability domain for Consumer Customers and act as a key counterpart towards Group sustainability (e.g. build Road map towards Zero Scope 3 emissions 2030)

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience from management consulting or a similar business development/project management role
  • Proven track record of leading complex, cross functional projects to results
  • Strong toolkit across project management, strategy development, business model generation, value propositions and business case work
  • Excellent collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to create compelling presentations and facilitate workshops
  • Fluent skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Other nordic language proficiency will be considered a plus
  • Good understanding of the Nordic consumer electricity business will be considered an advantage
