About the role
- Lead or support targeted development initiatives
- Lead or support complex integrations (e.g. migration after M&A)
- Participate in strategy development processes and projects
- Lead or support the Consumer Solutions OKR (Objectives and Key Results) process
- Co-lead the sustainability domain for Consumer Customers and act as a key counterpart towards Group sustainability (e.g. build Road map towards Zero Scope 3 emissions 2030)
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience from management consulting or a similar business development/project management role
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross functional projects to results
- Strong toolkit across project management, strategy development, business model generation, value propositions and business case work
- Excellent collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to create compelling presentations and facilitate workshops
- Fluent skills in English (spoken and written)
- Other nordic language proficiency will be considered a plus
- Good understanding of the Nordic consumer electricity business will be considered an advantage
