QA Engineer

Senior Penetration Tester

• Work closely with all members of the team to conduct penetration testing of customer networks, applications (API, web, and mobile), and/or social engineering activities to achieve the customer’s objectives of the engagement.
• Advise customers on details of vulnerabilities, remediation strategies, and compliance requirements
• Prepare final deliverables for delivery to customers within established timelines
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Coordinate project readiness with internal teams and customers
• Pursue continuous professional development in by achieving industry specific certifications (must be willing to meet FedRAMP certification requirements as outlined by A2LA)
• Perform project readouts with customers to notify them of the outcome of their penetration test
• Train and mentor junior team members
• Interface with customers and other internal delivery team members through entire engagement, interacting will all levels of customer organizations

Penetration Tester

Full-stack Engineer

• Deploy, configure, and operationalize the Kovr AI Platform within customer environments, including cloud, hybrid, and on-premises deployments supporting IL2-IL6 requirements
• Build and maintain integrations between the platform and customers’ existing DevSecOps toolchains, CI/CD pipelines, and compliance workflows
• Develop automation for evidence collection, continuous monitoring, and RMF authorization processes, including SSP generation, control mapping, and POA&M workflows
• Write and maintain code, scripts, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, Helm) to provision and configure platform components and customer integrations
• Customize and extend platform workflows and data pipelines to meet each customer’s compliance framework requirements (NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, CMMC, RMF)
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across deployment, integration, data ingestion, and performance, often on-site or within classified environments
• Serve as the hands-on technical bridge between customers and Kovr’s engineering team, translating real-world deployment needs into product requirements and feature requests
• Partner with the DevOps team to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant operation of customer deployments, including monitoring, logging, and incident response
• Lead technical onboarding and enablement for customer engineering teams to drive successful adoption and self-sufficiency
• Produce technical documentation, runbooks, and deployment guides that support repeatable, scalable implementations

Senior Full Stack Engineer

• Maintains strong in-depth of knowledge in multiple compliance frameworks applicable to the federal government and commercial market
• Serves as the project lead for the timely completion of internal and external audits to assess organizational alignment to required and selected requirements
• Ensures continual process improvement is being implemented across the organization
• Manages and maintains the company Process Asset Library (PAL)
• Manages the certification renewal process for all industry-required certifications (ISO, FedRAMP, HITRUST, CMMC, CMMI, etc.)
