About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end delivery of assigned Healthy Volunteers and Patient Clinical Pharmacology projects
- Act as the primary point of contact for sponsor project teams
- Own project scope, timelines, and budgets
- Apply project leadership expertise to anticipate, identify, and mitigate risks
- Provide senior leadership within a matrix project environment
- Ensure quality, compliance, and audit readiness
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive clinical research experience within a CRO or biopharmaceutical environment
- At least 2 years of full project management accountability on domestic, regional and or international clinical studies for Project Manager II
- At least 4 years of clinical research experience in a pharmaceutical company/CRO, and a minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a project management environment for Project Manager I
- Familiarity with early-phase trials in healthy volunteers and patients
- Financial acumen with study budget management skills
