About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of assigned Healthy Volunteers and Patient Clinical Pharmacology projects
  • Act as the primary point of contact for sponsor project teams
  • Own project scope, timelines, and budgets
  • Apply project leadership expertise to anticipate, identify, and mitigate risks
  • Provide senior leadership within a matrix project environment
  • Ensure quality, compliance, and audit readiness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive clinical research experience within a CRO or biopharmaceutical environment
  • At least 2 years of full project management accountability on domestic, regional and or international clinical studies for Project Manager II
  • At least 4 years of clinical research experience in a pharmaceutical company/CRO, and a minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a project management environment for Project Manager I
  • Familiarity with early-phase trials in healthy volunteers and patients
  • Financial acumen with study budget management skills
