About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and talent requirements.
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Engage candidates through personalized outreach and assess initial fit for opportunities.
  • Track sourcing activity and maintain accurate candidate records within recruitment systems.
  • Support employer branding and candidate attraction initiatives where appropriate.
  • Share talent market insights and competitor intelligence with the wider TA team.
  • Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify target talent pools.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Curiosity, resilience, and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent research and information-gathering abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in sourcing, recruitment, sales, customer engagement or a similar people-focused environment (Nice to Have).
  • Exposure to LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), or talent sourcing tools (Nice to Have).
  • Additional European language skills (Nice to Have).
