About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Workday Reporting & Integrations Lead is responsible for driving the design, development, and governance of Workday integrations and reporting solutions.
Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of inbound and outbound integrations across Workday HCM, Financials, and third-party systems.
Troubleshoot integration failures, resolve data transmission issues, and coordinate with external vendors to ensure seamless data exchange.
Lead stakeholder discussions and report rationalization sessions to understand and optimize reporting requirements.
Design, build, and maintain complex Workday reports, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and BIRT reports.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 8+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including multiple full lifecycle implementations.
Proven experience leading integration and reporting workstreams in enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in Workday Integration tools (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors)
Web Services (REST, SOAP)
Advanced proficiency in Workday Calculated Fields, Custom Reporting and BIRT
Active Workday certifications (e.g., Workday Studio, Core Integration, Reporting) strongly preferred.
