Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end delivery of Healthy Volunteers and Patient Clinical Pharmacology projects
Act as the primary point of contact for sponsor project teams
Own project scope, timelines, and budgets
Anticipate, identify, and mitigate risks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive clinical research experience within a CRO or biopharmaceutical environment
At least 4 years of full project management accountability on global clinical studies
Phase 1 and Phase Ib experience
Financial acumen in study budget management
Leadership skills to inspire and manage globally dispersed teams
Ability to work on multiple studies at any one time
Risk management expertise
Strong client relations skills
