About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source, recruit and select the right talent to build a highly qualified diverse workforce
- Ensure system compliance on the applicant tracking system
- Compile talent intelligence
- Timely maintenance of interview and pre-offer documents on ATS
- Ensure offers made are in line with internal parity
- Maintain a database of active and passive candidates
- Drive established process for hiring external/internal applicants into new roles
- Orientation of supervisors and employees with respect to recruiting procedures
- Improve visibility of open positions to candidates
- Ensure all interactions focused on stakeholder and candidate experience
- Measure and improve channel effectiveness
- Work closely with the employer branding team on shaping the local external market/internal organization
- Suggest and implement process improvement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven knowledge of human resources, recruiting, or scheduling functions
- Experience in sourcing, talent intelligence, networking and building talent pipelines
- Demonstrated experience using effective channels and messages to find targeted sources of high-quality candidates
- Proven lead generation and qualification
- Track record of identifying and building relationships with prospective talent
- Experience using a metric-driven approach to developing, tracking, and running talent pipeline
- Knowledge of skills and abilities required for different roles in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industries
- Knowledge of Human Resources practices, local laws and regulations
