Key responsibilities & impact

Source, recruit and select the right talent to build a highly qualified diverse workforce
Ensure system compliance on the applicant tracking system
Compile talent intelligence
Timely maintenance of interview and pre-offer documents on ATS
Ensure offers made are in line with internal parity
Maintain a database of active and passive candidates
Drive established process for hiring external/internal applicants into new roles
Orientation of supervisors and employees with respect to recruiting procedures
Improve visibility of open positions to candidates
Ensure all interactions focused on stakeholder and candidate experience
Measure and improve channel effectiveness
Work closely with the employer branding team on shaping the local external market/internal organization
Suggest and implement process improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
Proven knowledge of human resources, recruiting, or scheduling functions
Experience in sourcing, talent intelligence, networking and building talent pipelines
Demonstrated experience using effective channels and messages to find targeted sources of high-quality candidates
Proven lead generation and qualification
Track record of identifying and building relationships with prospective talent
Experience using a metric-driven approach to developing, tracking, and running talent pipeline
Knowledge of skills and abilities required for different roles in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industries
Knowledge of Human Resources practices, local laws and regulations
