Key responsibilities & impact

Leverage Research and Development experience and operational study execution experience to grow and maintain a profitable portfolio.
Engage in conversations with clients on operational delivery strategies.
Lead a cross functional team to design effective and differentiated strategies for operational execution.
Perform post award strategy oversight and redesign.
Establish and develop strong client relationships.
Design and develop winning trial strategies and integrated solutions for clear differentiation in the marketplace.
Advocate for client needs and satisfaction; foster new and existing client relationships.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
5 or more years of research and development and clinical research experience (pharmaceutical or biotech and CRO), preferably including 3 or more years in Drug Delivery Project Management.
Advance degree, PhD and/or MBA preferred.
Experience with client relationships and understanding of business development.
Demonstrated vision, strategy and growth experience.
Abilities to review/analyze relevant data so as to build evidence-based clinical trial strategies.
Strong networking abilities and an ability/willingness to work with individuals across the globe.
Strong communication, planning and organizational skills.
Financial acumen in understanding and effectively contributing to a competitive study or program strategy which is profitable.
