About the role

  • Manage and mentor the Analytics professionals.
  • Actively maintain a hands-on presence - architecting complex data models.
  • Move us beyond "service desk analytics" to "strategic partnership."
  • Proactively identify growth levers, efficiency bottlenecks, and product opportunities using data.
  • Collaborate with various leaders to optimize business performance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Data Analytics or Data Science;
  • At least 4+ years of experience leading and managing teams in a high-growth, fast-paced environment (Scale-up or Tech startup preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and modern analytics tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau).
  • Python/R skills are a strong plus.
  • Drive the transition from descriptive to predictive analytics by architecting an AI-first data roadmap.
  • Experience building analytics roadmaps that align with company OKRs.
  • Understand data warehousing concepts (e.g., dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery).
  • At least 4+ years experience in hiring, developing, and retaining top talent.
