Requirements

What you’ll need

Engineering Bachelor's degree (or similar engineering program) from an accredited college with 10+ years of relevant experience, or 12+ years of relevant engineering experience.
5+ years of experience in technical project leadership, with a track record of managing complex projects.
Advanced knowledge of multidisciplinary engineering processes.
Exceptional leadership and strategic planning abilities.
Superior communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Broad technical expertise across multiple engineering disciplines.
Proficient in project scheduling and resource management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Operates with a high degree of autonomy and handles complex issues independently.
Takes the initiative to identify opportunities and implement solutions.
Comprehensive knowledge of technical project management.
