About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology and business initiatives from initiation through deployment and post-implementation support.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, and status reporting.
Facilitate project governance, steering committee meetings, and executive-level communications.
Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
Partner with engineering, product, architecture, QA, operations, security, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
Drive cross-functional collaboration and accountability across multiple teams and workstreams.
Manage project scope and change control processes while balancing business priorities and delivery timelines.
Track project metrics, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Support Agile ceremonies and delivery processes while integrating traditional project management practices where appropriate.
Ensure project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements are maintained.
Facilitate decision-making and remove obstacles that impact project delivery.
Contribute to PMO standards, best practices, continuous improvement initiatives, and organizational maturity.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of project management experience leading medium to large-scale technology initiatives.
Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams.
Strong experience with project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
Experience delivering projects within Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
Experience presenting project status and recommendations to senior leadership and executives.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
PMP certification strongly preferred.
Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent.
Experience managing software development, cloud, digital transformation, or enterprise technology projects.
Experience working within highly regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, insurance, or government.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern software delivery practices.
