About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with Customer Advancement team members to deliver ServicePlus training
Deliver advanced CensiTrac training to ServicePlus customers
Assist Clinical Educators with continual improvement of training documents and supporting materials
Participate in educational activities supporting Censis personnel, partners, customers, and potential customers
Develop in-depth understanding of the CensiTrac SaaS-based product suite
Execute training on all CensiTrac features and benefits
Complete ServicePlus documentation, including training plans, reports, and checklists
Communicate with technical and non-technical client resources
Provide demonstrations and in-services at client sites
Maintain knowledge of equipment, products, and systems related to sterile processing
Develop creative solutions to help customers use the Censis product suite effectively
Provide positive customer service while representing Censis products professionally
Identify and communicate installation problems, software bugs, and vital software modifications to internal teams
Participate in Censis educational events and Clinical Team activities
Provide internal support to other departments and perform assigned duties
Maintain accurate travel expense records for timely submission

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 1-year experience in a Sterile Processing department
Current professional certification with HSPA or CBSPD
Minimum of 1 year experience using or implementing CensiTrac
Knowledge of regulatory bodies impacting Sterile Processing and Operating Rooms
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, computer systems, and common software products
Bachelor’s degree in related area preferred or equivalent experience
Requires travel up to 75%
