About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collect, integrate and analyze performance data from multiple operational and administrative sources
Monitor service performance indicators, identifying trends, deviations, risks and opportunities for improvement
Develop, maintain and optimize reports, dashboards and KPIs using data analysis and visualization tools
Produce data-driven insights and recommendations to support operational and tactical decision-making
Perform benchmarking analyses and track metrics to assess performance, compliance and operational progress
Ensure the quality, consistency, traceability and reliability of the data used in analyses and reports
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions
Support continuous improvement, operational efficiency and process automation initiatives
Contribute to the implementation and adoption of new Business Intelligence tools, methodologies and best practices
Participate in regional projects and other strategic initiatives within the area

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in performance analysis, technical service operations, supply chain or related areas
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and manipulation
Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI
Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable recommendations
Strong collaboration skills for working with different teams and stakeholders
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
Intermediate English (B1–B2)
Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese at basic/intermediate level (A2 or higher) — desirable
Experience in process automation and continuous improvement initiatives — desirable
Familiarity with tools, methodologies or concepts related to Artificial Intelligence and Analytics — desirable
Experience in regional or multinational environments — desirable
