About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute, coordinate, and follow up on administrative and operational activities related to technical service requests
- Receive and register technical service requests for eligible ASP equipment in the designated information system
- Assign and schedule engineers according to service requirements and availability
- Follow up on work orders to ensure contracted service levels are met and escalate risks to local leadership
- Maintain equipment location, registration, and field-service traceability information
- Support spare-parts shipments and coordinate with logistics on delivery
- Maintain traceability of calibration and monitoring tools and support their movement to calibration providers
- Record supply or service acquisition requests and follow them through closure and invoicing
- Route out-of-scope requests to the appropriate area
- Communicate service schedules to users and customers
- Capture customer satisfaction surveys
- Compile technical service support documentation for specific customers
- Collaborate with technical service, clinical demand generation, indirect channel, and logistics teams
- Interact with customers by phone as part of the role
- Participate in special projects and tasks assigned by technical service management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum four (4) years of professional experience in technical service or supply chain areas
- Undergraduate university degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, preferably related to Biomedical Engineering
- Intermediate conversational English proficiency (B1–B2)
- Spanish–Portuguese language skills desirable (A2)
- Customer care and service-chain knowledge
- Information-system registration and traceability
- End-to-end case and service management
- Validation of eligibility, contracts, and spare parts
