About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and maintain the overall technical architecture for the ServiceNow platform.
Lead solution design for complex initiatives spanning multiple ServiceNow applications.
Design and develop advanced flows, custom applications, integrations, and platform capabilities.
Establish development standards, governance, and architectural best practices.
Review solution designs and code to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
Lead platform upgrades, new product implementations, and technical roadmaps.
Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across the ServiceNow team.
Evaluate new ServiceNow capabilities, AI features, and platform innovations.

Support complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and enterprise architecture teams on cross-platform initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
7–10+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
5+ years designing and developing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
Expert knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and platform architecture.
Strong experience with REST APIs, authentication methods, and enterprise integrations.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform governance and upgrade strategy.
Experience leading technical projects and mentoring development teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
