About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and conduct end-to-end work environment investigations from intake to resolution, including case interviews, documentation review, fact-finding, analysis, and outcome resolution.
  • Prepare and deliver investigation reports, recommendations, and corrective actions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Legal, and other internal teams to ensure adherence with local laws and company policies.
  • Develop and implement Employee Relations processes, programs and policies to foster a positive work culture.
  • Provide coaching and guidance as a trusted advisor to HR teams, people leaders and employees on performance management and conflict resolution.
  • Utilize data to monitor and analyze Employee Relations trends and provide insights to leadership.
  • Design and deliver Employee Relations training and education to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Progressive Human Resources experience and expertise in Employee Relations, with focus on conducting complex work environment investigations.
  • Demonstrated experience working with global organizations and strong knowledge of EMEA employment and labor laws across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Uncompromising ethics and high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive and complex situations with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases, projects and priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in HR and Case Management systems.
  • Professional Certification in HR or Employee Relations, such as CIPD, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CEI, is preferred.
