About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Sales Representatives with post sale activities and act as the primary contact for customer support
- Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities within assigned accounts
- Maintain accurate CRM and Case Management Records

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or related roles; experience within healthcare or SaaS industries preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills, with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
