About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level
- Performs other tasks as assigned, as necessary
- Maintain/grow market share within accounts
- Provide low- to medium-complexity strategic and tactical plans to ensure territory targets are met through retaining the current installed base, generating demand to upgrade equipment fleets, increasing consumables sales, and securing new service contracts
- Conduct periodic performance analyses
- Understand customer values and strategies that align with ASP’s values and products
- Implement price increases
- Deliver technical and commercial presentations to current and potential clients
- Advocate product benefits and resolve and/or escalate technical/scientific questions to appropriate teams
- Contact potential new customers, develop new territories, and generate demand (expand the installed base)
- Develop the ability to analyze customers' internal processes and suggest improvements, such as inventory management
- Be able to perform cost–benefit analyses between different technologies
- Develop the ability to participate in public tenders and/or monitor and support the preparation of bidding processes/bid requirements
- Promote and coordinate professional education activities to increase healthcare professionals’ knowledge, making regular customer visits to gather information on market requirements, commercial conditions, and competitors
- Perform contract activities, purchase vs. inventory management, delivery management, among others
- Prepare reports and manage information within sales monitoring systems, such as CRM/Field Force
- Maintain good relationships with customers and partner departments to resolve issues and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
- Share relevant market information with the marketing team and with your working group.
