About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive new bookings by creating end-user demand, strategically planning territory coverage with partners, and implementing strategies for rapid market share growth
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking, strong business insight, and the ability to influence, organize, and build demand
  • Actively promote Fluke products to achieve sales quotas through relationship building, training, support, and end-user engagement
  • Develop expertise as the local authority on Fluke products, solutions, and applications
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to prepare proposals, deliver product demonstrations, provide training, and address customer needs
  • Maintain accurate CRM records with daily updates and manage the sales funnel through consistent prospect follow-up
  • Combine technical knowledge with persuasive communication skills to effectively position Fluke solutions
  • Work remotely from a home office while traveling to customer sites within CEE (approx. 50-60%)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and end users by offering tailored solutions using Fluke’s equipment, software, and services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the industrial tools industry, selling technical solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, an electrotechnical discipline or equivalent technical knowledge
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed targets within an assigned territory
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining customer relationships through exceptional service and support
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully balance the achievement of short-term objectives with longer-term strategic goals
  • Solid technical aptitude with the ability to clearly explain product capabilities
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts
