About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Manufacturing Engineering initiatives focused on process optimization and operational excellence.
- Assist with new product development, product design, testing, and validation activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement and product sustainment projects.
- Analyze manufacturing, operational, and engineering data to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial functions.
- Contribute to projects that improve product quality, customer satisfaction, productivity, and efficiency.
- Present project findings and recommendations to engineering and business leaders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Junior or Senior standing, currently enrolled and on track to graduate in 2027 or later with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Supply Chain Management Or a related technical discipline.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
