Associate Operations Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Convert closed opportunities into active projects within Salesforce and PSA systems
- Ensure project setup is accurate, complete, and aligned with financial and reporting requirements
- Act as a backup to the primary Operations Analyst for project creation
- Review incoming quote requests for completeness and clarity
- Generate quotes for standard service offerings using predefined templates and pricing models
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across all standard quotes
- Update project and financial data within Salesforce and related systems
- Ensure alignment between opportunity, quote, and project records
- Support reporting accuracy through clean and consistent data entry
- Manage queue-based requests (e.g., project setup, updates) within defined SLAs
- Help reduce turnaround time for quoting and project creation
- Identify inefficiencies and contribute ideas to improve workflows, templates, and automation
- Partner with Sales, Services Sales, and Delivery teams to clarify inputs
- Escalate non-standard or unclear requests as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 0–2 years of experience in operations, business support, administration, or a similar field
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage repetitive, process-driven tasks with consistency and efficiency
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
- Exposure to SaaS, Professional Services, or project-based environments (nice to have)
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce or PSA platforms (e.g., Certinia/FinancialForce) (nice to have)
- Basic understanding of financial concepts (e.g., revenue, billing, project budgets) (nice to have)
- Experience working with Excel or Google Sheets (nice to have)
