About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and grow relationships with Accruent’s small and mid-sized business customers across North America.
- Drive renewals, identify growth opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned SMB customers, ensuring responsiveness and satisfaction.
- Conduct periodic check-ins to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive contract renewals and identify opportunities for incremental growth within existing accounts.
- Partner with Customer Success and Support teams to address issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain accurate CRM records for forecasts, renewals, and pipeline activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of experience in account management, inside sales, or customer success within B2B SaaS or software.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple SMB accounts and meeting revenue or retention goals.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
