Field Engineer

• Install, validate, and maintain ASP systems in hospitals and clinical facilities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide expert guidance to hospital staff, including biomedical engineers.
• Own your assigned territory, managing customer relationships, service schedules, and inventory.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to maximize system performance and uptime.
• Document service activities accurately and timely, including compliance and reporting requirements.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including occasional weekends.
• Lift and move equipment as needed (up to 80 lbs), and operate company vehicles safely for local and regional travel.
• Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to support customer-focused solutions that drive satisfaction and loyalty.
