About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan and monitor the execution of implementation projects
Conduct gap analyses to ensure the system meets client requirements
Lead and participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders
Configure the system, including master data and parameter settings
Train end users and support solution adoption
Provide functional support during and after implementation
Perform system testing, simulations, and validations
Conduct data and master-record audits
Identify opportunities for improvements and customization needs
Log defects and improvement suggestions through internal channels
Collaborate with technical development teams (software factory)
Document project activities, processes, and deliverables
Ensure compliance with company methodologies and standards
Monitor system updates and new releases
Assist with workstation and peripheral installation and configuration when needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in projects within the Healthcare or Information Technology sectors
Experience implementing systems (ERP, hospital information systems, or similar)
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with clients
Organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
Technical or university degree in areas such as Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Nursing, or other health-related fields
