About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan and monitor the execution of implementation projects
Conduct analyses of system alignment with client requirements
Lead and participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders
Configure the system, including master data and parameter settings
Train end users and support solution adoption
Provide functional support during and after implementation
Perform system testing, simulations, and validations
Execute data and master data audits
Identify opportunities for improvements and customization needs
Record defects and improvement suggestions in internal channels
Collaborate with technical development teams (software factory)
Document project activities, processes, and deliverables
Ensure compliance with company methodologies and standards
Monitor system updates and new releases
Assist with workstation and peripheral installation and configuration when necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3 years’ experience in projects within Healthcare or Information Technology
Experience implementing systems (ERP, hospital systems, or similar)
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients
Organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
