About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and monitor the execution of implementation projects
- Conduct analyses of system alignment with client requirements
- Lead and participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders
- Configure the system, including master data and parameter settings
- Train end users and support solution adoption
- Provide functional support during and after implementation
- Perform system testing, simulations, and validations
- Execute data and master data audits
- Identify opportunities for improvements and customization needs
- Record defects and improvement suggestions in internal channels
- Collaborate with technical development teams (software factory)
- Document project activities, processes, and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with company methodologies and standards
- Monitor system updates and new releases
- Assist with workstation and peripheral installation and configuration when necessary
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years’ experience in projects within Healthcare or Information Technology
- Experience implementing systems (ERP, hospital systems, or similar)
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients
- Organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
