About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate with our global Customer Success teams
- Provide Level 1 quotes and technical documentation
- Manage international intercompany transactions
- Accept customer orders and enter them into corporate systems
- Triage customer requests
- Serve as Level 1 phone support
- Provide proactive support to customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Business-level English proficiency
- University degree preferred, or high school diploma with related work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer success–oriented
- Experience in process improvement
- Experience with Oracle and Salesforce is a plus
- Knowledge of power transmission and distribution
