About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate with our global Customer Success teams
  • Provide Level 1 quotes and technical documentation
  • Manage international intercompany transactions
  • Accept customer orders and enter them into corporate systems
  • Triage customer requests
  • Serve as Level 1 phone support
  • Provide proactive support to customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Business-level English proficiency
  • University degree preferred, or high school diploma with related work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer success–oriented
  • Experience in process improvement
  • Experience with Oracle and Salesforce is a plus
  • Knowledge of power transmission and distribution
