Key responsibilities & impact

Drive execution and build a culture of innovation
Manage and inspire a multi-functional team
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs
Formulate and complete end-to-end analysis including data gathering, analysis, and recommendations
Contribute to a wide variety of research projects using statistical analysis and modeling
Develop and implement unsupervised machine learning and deep learning algorithms for predicting asset failure
Develop computer vision models for defect detection and classification
Build generative AI solutions for improving operational productivity and accelerating engineering feature releases
Design and evaluate experiments for customer retention based on statistical analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Theory, Language Technologies or related field
4 years of experience as a Data Scientist or related occupation
Experience in applying data science techniques to real-world business problems such as reduction of churn or increase in bookings growth
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, and data manipulation and visualization libraries: pandas and matplotlib
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning techniques, and statistical modeling
Familiarity with big data technologies and cloud computing services: AWS, Azure, and GCP
Present technical concepts to Presidents and their direct reports
Stakeholder management, project coordination, and communication within a data science or related technical environment
