About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own process discipline, leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed program teams through scoping, securing resources, setting program targets, and holding self and team accountable
  • Lead team to create and update schedules/action plans and drives the crucial conversations necessary
  • Demonstrate strong team building skills and work with multiple cross-functional teams
  • Define project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and helps to roll KPIs to leadership
  • Evaluate risk and potential blockers and identify when countermeasures are needed
  • Serve as a Change Management Champion for the organization
  • Create and manage budgets for projects of medium to high complexity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience developing system level products, which include electronic hardware, embedded firmware, and application software in a fully integrated system
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire collaborative team execution including leadership of geographically dispersed cross-functional development teams
  • Experience in coaching junior team members in program management
  • Proven experience in risk management and change management
  • Comfortable communicating at all levels of the organization, adjusting appropriately for the audience and purpose
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Physics degree preferred
  • PMI/PMP certification a plus
  • Regulatory Compliance experience a plus
