About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own process discipline, leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed program teams through scoping, securing resources, setting program targets, and holding self and team accountable
Lead team to create and update schedules/action plans and drives the crucial conversations necessary
Demonstrate strong team building skills and work with multiple cross-functional teams
Define project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and helps to roll KPIs to leadership
Evaluate risk and potential blockers and identify when countermeasures are needed
Serve as a Change Management Champion for the organization
Create and manage budgets for projects of medium to high complexity

Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum of 10+ years of experience developing system level products, which include electronic hardware, embedded firmware, and application software in a fully integrated system
Demonstrated ability to inspire collaborative team execution including leadership of geographically dispersed cross-functional development teams
Experience in coaching junior team members in program management
Proven experience in risk management and change management
Comfortable communicating at all levels of the organization, adjusting appropriately for the audience and purpose
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Physics degree preferred
PMI/PMP certification a plus
Regulatory Compliance experience a plus
