About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and execute marketing projects in partnership with Product Marketing Managers and Specialists
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable work (e.g., website updates, collateral revisions, campaign assets)
  • Manage web content updates by collaborating with Digital teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
  • Coordinate updates to marketing and sales materials such as datasheets, brochures, and blog content
  • Support global consistency by managing regional variations, including translations across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather input and validate content
  • Use workflow tools (e.g., Asana or similar) to submit requests, track progress, and keep projects on schedule
  • Review final deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project requirements
  • Proactively communicate status, timelines, and potential risks to stakeholders
  • Support internal alignment by helping coordinate materials for product launches and marketing updates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or product marketing support (preferably in a B2B environment)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with technical or complex content
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working cross-functionally and coordinating across teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience supporting product marketing or technical product portfolios
  • Familiarity with marketing workflows involving Creative, Digital, and regional teams
  • Experience managing or coordinating marketing assets and content updates
  • Exposure to tools such as CMS platforms or marketing systems (e.g., Aprimo, Microsoft Dynamics, Salsify, Asana, or similar)
