About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join our Center of Excellence (COE) team in Germany and kick-start your career through an international graduate program
- Build strong technical and commercial skills through training, hands-on experience, and international exposure
- Work in an international team and build your internal network
- Connect with Marketing and Product teams in Oregon (USA)
- Participate in structured training programs to support your development
- Gain expertise in Tektronix, Keithley, and Elektroautomatik products and solutions
- Support customers in solving pre- and post-sales technical challenges
- Learn from experienced engineers during customer visits
- Benefit from a dedicated mentor throughout the program
- Develop into a Field Application Engineer (m/f/d) within 12–18 months
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Physics, or similar
- Interest in test & measurement / data acquisition technologies
- Strong communication skills and customer focus
- Fluent German & English
- Fast learner with innovative mindset
- Driving license & willingness to travel
