Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the strategic evolution of Property & Facility Management capabilities
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle by collaborating with Design, Engineering, and Marketing
Synthesize customer empathy with market analysis to drive informed decision-making
Uncover and validate market whitespace and trends to inform strategic direction
Translate high-level strategy into a high-impact roadmap with robust acceptance criteria
Execute complex tradeoff decisions prioritizing market speed and solution scalability
Partner with Design and UX to prototype and validate user solutions
Oversee product delivery transitions to market impact, ensuring high-quality launches
Define and measure success metrics including adoption and retention metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of progressive Product Management experience
A portfolio of successful product outcomes where you led the journey from an abstract vision to a measurable market win
The ability to manage complex backlogs and roadmaps while maintaining a relentless focus on quality and speed-to-market
Deep experience in user-centered discovery, partnering with UX to move from ideation to validated, high-conversion user experiences via rigorous A/B testing
Proven success in defining positioning and launch strategies that drive real user adoption
Proficiency in leveraging complex data sets to diagnose product health, identify growth levers, and make high-stakes trade-off decisions
The ability to navigate organizational complexity and communicate clearly with both engineers and C-suite stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
