Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, clinical, and compliance teams to deliver solutions that meet market needs and regulatory standards
Own the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery
Leverage data, customer insights, and industry trends to inform decisions and prioritize features
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback, update requirements, and provide commercial guidance on value proposition
Champion intuitive, accessible, and compliant user experiences tailored to anesthesia workflows
Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle including refinement and launch

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in: Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Informatics, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field
5-8 years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in AI/ML technologies and data-driven product management
Proven track record of launching and iteratively improving digital products.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, clinical, compliance).
Experience working in agile environments and managing product backlogs including systems like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analtyics, Gainsight, etc).
Ability to interpret healthcare data and use it to inform product strategy.
Experience working with legal or compliance teams during product development.
Travel up to 30% may be required
