About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the evolution of Accruent’s core Property & Facility Management capabilities
Set direction, translate insight into action, and partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Go‑to‑Market teams to deliver products customers rely on every day
Develop a clear, compelling product vision aligned with customer needs, market trends, and Accruent’s long‑term strategy
Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and unmet needs
Define and manage a roadmap that balances customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility
Own and prioritize the product backlog, writing clear epics and user stories with strong acceptance criteria
Partner with Design and UX to explore, prototype, and validate solutions through user research and experimentation
Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success on priorities and outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in B2B SaaS environments
Proven ability to take products from concept to launch with measurable customer and business impact
Experience managing complex roadmaps and backlogs in cross‑functional teams
Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to guide decisions and prioritize work
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage engineers, designers, and senior leaders
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience with enterprise SaaS or workflow‑driven products
Exposure to product‑led growth (PLG) models
Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap)
MBA or advanced degree
